Bakersfield property management company rhombuses Water Services has been caught out by an increasing number of people who have taken their own homes as a cheaper alternative to using a local water supply.

In an interview with Business Insider, Rhombuses founder and CEO Michael Moore said that, while they are not the first company to use water as a property management tool, they were the first to do so with a higher-than-average percentage of their clients.

“We’re not the biggest company out there, but we have a lot of our clients using water as the property management.

Our client base is very large and it’s a huge opportunity for us,” he said.”

Our clients are paying $2,000 a month to have their homes treated in a private water treatment plant, so we’ve seen an explosion of interest in that type of property management and we think it’s the right direction.”

He added that it was only natural that people who want to be water conservators would want to take advantage of water for their own property, and the water management company was one of the companies that took advantage of this trend.

“It’s been very popular.

We’re a little bit ahead of our competition.

We’ve seen more people take advantage,” he told Business Insider.”

The number of homes that we’ve treated has increased substantially since we started.

We treated 5,000 properties over the last year.

And over the course of that year, we treated almost 200,000 homes.”

In a bid to promote the product, rhombues has recently launched an advertising campaign, which has also seen it take the wraps off a new service.

The campaign, entitled Water For Your Family, sees the company’s property management team giving free water to tenants in return for using their homes as the location for their personal water faucet.

“This is not the usual way to do it, but the Water For My Family service is an exciting opportunity for our customers,” said Mr Moore.

“When they have a water-saving feature that they use for their water, we take it for granted, so they can get water out of their homes and to use at home.

It’s the way to go.”

The campaign also encourages residents to send their photos of their water fountains to Rhombus with the hashtag #waterformyfamily, with the company offering a 100% refund.

“In this case, we were not taking anything away from anyone.

We were providing a water fern for our property, it’s not a cheap or easy thing to do.”

If someone wants to get the water for themselves, they can just email us and we’ll give you a 100 per cent refund,” Mr Moore added.

Rhombus is the only property management service that provides the same water treatment service to its clients as the local water utility.

Mr Moore said they were not just using the water as property management to make money.”

You’re not just paying $1,000 for a water fountain,” he explained.”

But when you’re not using it, you’re still paying for the water itself, so it’s actually a pretty nice way of doing it.

“The company has also teamed up with the local Bakersfields water utility to make the same offer.”

In a move that could lead to renewed interest in buying land, the Oregon Legislature is expected to vote next week on a measure to allow Oregonians to purchase a $1 million piece of Oregonian history.
